You have 14 days upon arrival of your order to return or exchange.
Follow these instructions:  Please ship your return/exchange to Calla Flowers Boutique, Attn: RETURNS, 8668 Navarre Pkwy #116, Navarre, FL 32566. We must receive it on or before the 14-day deadline. Returns cost is your expense. ALL RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED AS A WEBSITE CREDIT AND SENT TO THE EMAIL PROVIDED ON THE ORDER. Items must have tags attached, unwashed, unworn, odor and damage free. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange at our discretion.

Holiday Returns
We realize that returns and exchanges may need more time during the holidays, so for in-stock items purchased from December 1st through December 25th, we have extended our return and exchange date to January 8th of the New Year. However, at that time, the return or exchange will be at current selling price.
